We are looking for a Product Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Reporting to the Manager, Product Strategy, the Product Manager is responsible to deliver B2B technology-based products & solutions by identifying business opportunities and building out product and business strategy based on the market need. As this position serves as the business lead within the assigned product portfolio, the successful Product Manager will have a deep understanding of Debt Collections and Asset Recovery.

What you’ll do:

- Own the product roadmap and strategy of the respective products, working closely with the customer, sales and solutions teams and develop and execute voice of customer (VOC) initiatives, researching the competitive market landscape, market needs and gaps.
- Gather product requirements, create business cases with ROI potential and metrics on growth of their product lines. Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Prioritize product enhancements and work closely with the IT Development team to execute on vision and strategy, developers throughout product development lifecycle (development, QA, UAT, production and release cycles).
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and new product launches.
- Establish operational requirements by working with customer facing team to ensure smooth production and roll-out to industry / customers.
- Business Analysis to support ongoing platform and portfolio insights to drive growth.
- Nurture relationships with key buyers and decision-makers of existing clients, to protect and grow current business, identify new areas of opportunity as their business changes and / or industry trends present themselves.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business with at least 3 years of Product Management experience in a B2B setting. (A combination of education and experience would also be considered).
- Experience in the fields of Debt Collections or Asset Recovery.
- Sound knowledge of product management principles, frameworks, and product best practices.
- Experience in managing a product portfolio and successfully delivering a technology product.
- PMP designation or Lead Six Sigma or proven demonstrated capabilities strong project management skills an asset.
- Ability to multitask, and handle multiple projects and tasks as the same time
