**Position Overview**

Based in Cabot’s Toronto Home Office,** **the Information Technology (I.T.) Manager, reports to the SVP, Technology. The position will support networks, infrastructure and platforms - including some specific to hospitality and golf. Through technology and relationship building skills, this individual will assist Cabot’s hospitality operation and guest experience teams to deliver on the brand’s mission to **_“Create Magical Places Where Remarkable Memories are Made”_**.

**Profile Overview**

As the Information Technology (I.T.) Manager, you are a key member of the Cabot Home Office team tasked with growing our portfolio of world-leading golf destinations. Your technical knowledge - combined with your enthusiasm, ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail - will ensure that Cabot remains a preferred travel destination for our team-members, owners, partners and guests. **Core Accountabilities**:

- Manage I.T. networks, systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement I.T. policies and procedures
- Secure data assets and manage corresponding controls
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards (e.g. PCI, NIST, GDPR)
- Troubleshoot problematic issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Assist with I.T. budgeting

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong I.T. project management and budgeting skills
- Demonstrated network, computer and infrastructure troubleshooting abilities
- Expertise and practical working experience with:

- Windows Server, including Active Directory / Group Policy setup and administration
- Hardware virtualization technologies and strategies
- M365 / Azure AD (Entra) administration
- Network architecture and design, including campus wireless solutions (e.g. Ruckus, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki)
- Laptop/desktop management best practices
- Endpoint security software solutions
- Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ITIL etc)
- PCI compliance requirements
- Knowledge of common hospitality platforms, including Property Management and POS systems expertise (e.g. Oracle Opera, InfoGenesis, Micros) would be an asset
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 7 years experience in a multi-faceted technology role; preferably in a resort, hotel or similar hospitality environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience with accountability for office/property technology
- Ability to develop, deploy and enforce I.T. policy and procedures
- Agility in sourcing new technology to keep current with changing demands
- Ability to travel intermittently
