**The impact you'll make**:
Are you passionate about nurturing early-career and aspiring sales talent? As the Manager, Talent Acquisition at Softchoice, you will play a crucial role in attracting and integrating early-career professionals into our organization. This multifaceted position involves overseeing our Campus Program and leading a team of recruiters dedicated to sourcing talent for our Inside Sales divisions. You will ensure that Softchoice maintains a robust pipeline of diverse talent by managing various community and academic partnerships.

**What you'll do**:
Inside Sales Recruitment:

- Lead daily operations of the inside sales recruiting team, reviewing workload, processes, and performance expectations to ensure clarity and success
- Drive the successful diverse and inclusive hiring within Territory and Commercial Sales as well as partner with the leadership team through weekly updates, collaboration, and achieving hiring metrics
- Monitor effectiveness of recruiting practices, recommending, and implementing improvements
- Define and monitor metrics of success for recruiters and provide coaching to team members to continuously improve
- Proactively identify and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage agency and vendor relationships

Campus Program Management:

- Create and own the entire campus budget allocation, forecast recruitment needs, identify & review academic partners, and define measures of success
- Build, design, and drive the execution of the end-to-end campus talent acquisition program
- Execute a best-in-class campus recruitment strategy for co-ops, interns, and new graduates across all lines of business with a focus on developing tech skills across North America
- Gain solid understanding of our business to proactively develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies
- Leverage, develop and maintain strong campus liaison relationships with current and new/potential schools and programs
- Research and source new academic partners in Canada and the US that align to our future talent strategy
- Create student communities for past, present and students to programmatically guide them from student to full-time Softchoice status

Diversity & Recruitment Partnerships:

- Full program ownership including assessing new partnership opportunities and making recommendations to internal stakeholders, including where to allocate partnership budget
- Identify and build relationships with strategic partners that can enhance the organization’s technical and diversity hiring efforts
- Drive programs and engagement with partners to develop and implement joint initiatives to increase the talent funnel and enhance the Softchoice brand
- Ownership of the partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization
- Regularly assess the value and effectiveness of partnerships, adjusting as necessary to ensure alignment with the organization’s talent acquisition strategy

Team & Process Management:

- Set goals and evaluate performance of team members and execute performance reviews annually
- Onboard and train all new members of the inside sales and campus recruiting team.
- Influence organizational talent decisions through data and analytics, including liaising with the executive and senior leadership team.
- Analyze talent acquisition spending trends and share recommendations with senior leadership.
- Review, revise, and build talent acquisition processes to evolve and grow the capability and credibility of the team.
- Lead organization driven talent acquisition projects and project teams

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- 4+ years of progressive experience managing full cycle recruitment and program leadership
- 1+ years of leadership experience, coaching and supporting a team
- Action oriented with experience successfully executing recruiting initiatives
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Organized with ability to be flexible in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Proactively manage commitments to achieve multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
