**The opportunity**:
The **System Administrator **is responsible for providing technical expertise in all related aspects to maintain our IT systems and networks, including lifecycle activities. Daily operational tasks include but are not limited to troubleshooting escalated issues related to telephony, logical and physical access, networking, desktop, and cloud-based server configuration. The Systems Administrator is leading organizational support for all aspects of technology, either directly or by extension through other available resources.
- Responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responsible for providing operational support and configuration of EfficiencyOne’s Azure, AWS, and Salesforce cloud environments.
- Server resource definition, allocation, optimization, and security.
- Assist with the integration, configuration, documentation, and deployment of Azure
- compliant solutions for a defined set of requirements.
- Troubleshooting problems, resolving root causes, and, where possible, fixing the bug(s)
- Responsible for troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Responsible for testing and evaluating new technology in support of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining or creating procedural documentation.
- Responsible for providing technical support for on and off-site staff and partners.
- Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective use of technology and assisting with identifying and resolving system problems in cooperation with the customer, Efficiency One’s IT department, and other service providers as required.

**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- Community College or University Diploma in Business or technical discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in systems analysis and technical support preferred.
- Experience with supporting Microsoft environments, Azure, AWS, and Salesforce cloud computing.
- Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, wireless APs, routers, related technology, active directory, group policy, and related networking technologies.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Proficient with PC environment, software, hardware, and changing technologies.

**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:

- Meet the IT Services team, Senior Director, Human Resources and Infrastructure, and a variety of program members for an overview of program procedures and requirements.
- Review existing policies, tickets, and knowledgebase entries to gain insight into processes and procedures.
- Become familiar with general systems, services, and process flows and the locations of important files, data, and supporting materials.

**In the first month, expect to**:

- Familiarize yourself with the organization's structure, current and future targets, goals, and overall objectives.
- Participate in regular department and organizational meetings.
- Become familiar with E1s performance management tools.
- Shadow Teams members to start absorbing the organization’s technical architecture.
- Meet key stakeholders at E1.

**In the first three months, expect to**:

- Become familiar with program-specific operations and coordination with third-party organizations.
- Manage relationships, fulfill support requests, and troubleshoot concerns.
