Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and systems, such as phone systems and computer networks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Input client details and drawings into the CRM
- Take client orders and process payments
- Oversee vendor management, and maintaining relationships

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial tracking
- Ability to supervise a team and delegate tasks accordingly

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off and a company sponsored lunch every Friday.
