**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the recruiting process for various employment groups including:

- Advertising
- Conducting pre-screening calls and on-site/virtual interviews
- Background/qualification verification
- Coordinating pre-employment testing
- Reviewing pre-hire documentation etc.
- Plan and attend recruitment open houses (within COVID-19 restrictions)
- Conduct employee exit interviews
- Develop and implement internal programs related to employee career development, retention, and engagement
- Participate and coordinate employee engagement and retention activities
- Participate and attend industry networking events as required
- Assist with the completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Assist with the coordination of new-hire onboarding and training
- Provide administrative support within the Human Resources department
- Assist in special projects
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years within a similar role or applicable post-secondary education considered an asset
- Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
