Noc Administrator

ROCK Networks is seeking a highly motivated NOC Administrator to support and monitor a OneWeb Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Network as well as any additional customer networks as needed. As the NOC Administrator, you are the first entry point for both internal and external customers into our technical support processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and support LEO Satellite Systems.
- Manage and maintain workstations of clients.
- Plan, organize, and manage network operations to ensure stability of customer's infrastructure.
- Assist other team members with escalated cases or operational issues.
- Maintain and upgrade internal systems.
- Provide monitoring and alert management support for the Network Operation Center (NOC) by completing ongoing daily tasks and ensuring that all alerts generated are handled in a timely manner.
- Manage tools, systems, and procedures to ensure effective management of issues and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, or working to complete a bachelor's degree, in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in NOC administration or related field.
- Knowledge and satellite experience beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is based out of our Dartmouth office, more than one role will need to be filled, and hours will vary on the shift you are selected for.
