**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Representative to join our team. As a Help Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to problem-solving.
- Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Help Desk Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $21.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
