- Proven track record in business development and sales, within the recruitment industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, market trends, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
