We are hiring a Business Development/ Account Manager for our team in Surrey,BC

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop our business and foster client relationships.
- Actively seek out companies in need of staffing services.
- Establish connections with the aim of becoming the preferred vendor.
- Expand current client accounts.
- Participate in industry associations.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain client loyalty. Pursue robust growth and profitability in a sustainable fashion.
- Daily telephone prospecting with new and existing clients to understand staffing needs and obtain job orders;
- Identify, develop et retain your client base;

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Sales experience is a must
- LOVES interacting with clients and isn't afraid of setbacks
- Growth mindset and can take work independently
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients
- Ability to close sales, great people skills, sense of urgency and take initiative

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
