The Jim Pattison Auto Group has a new opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team

**Overview**:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, posting job openings, screening, phone interviewing, completing the due diligence checklist, and organizing onboarding for the new hires. Also responsible for keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations.

**What we value**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive recruitment experience is an asset.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ATS systems, job boards, and career sites.
- Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in all work and communication.
- Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic.
