This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Recruiter looking for a change in career. The Recruiter will act as a Talent Matchmaker for our 12 Dealerships across B.C.

**Schedule**: Full-Time

**Salary**: $60,000 - $120,000 per year (salary + bonus)**

**Who You Are**:

- ** Mobility required for this role.** The Talent Team will work out of various dealerships within the dealer group
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- A minimum 2+ years’ experience in recruitment is required
- Ability to manage time effectively in an autonomous role
- Working knowledge of best practice recruitment techniques
- Outgoing and charismatic personality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
- Existing or ability to build a large network of Automotive Professionals
- Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and expectations when recruiting
- Ensure all recruitment systems and initiatives are executed according to Trotman Auto Group’s operating model purpose of Enriching People’s Lives, core values and brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at local schools, colleges and universities, and participate in career fairs, job fairs etc. to promote TAG as an employer of choice, increase talent awareness, and provide information about opportunities available.
- Use different sourcing strategies and Social Media platforms for active recruiting.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Trotman Auto Group’s expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, colleagues and vendors.
