**What is this opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Vice-President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the Vice-President’s schedule is followed and respected.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to, at times, work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

**Nice-to-have**:

- University degree ideally in Commerce, Business Administration and/or related experience in the financial services industry
