We are currently seeking a **Director of Partnerships** to join our team in Ontario.
Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, the Director of Partnership will be responsible for creating, managing, and nurturing national partnerships with corporate groups across various sectors to drive the generation of direct consumer leads. The primary focus will be on developing strategic alliances that foster consumer engagement through partnerships in extended health benefits, large employers, safety-sensitive occupations, healthcare providers, and community groups.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Manage and optimize partnerships to exceed lead generation targets and contribute to overall business success.
- Identify, develop, and secure new national partnerships within the following sectors:
- Extended health benefits companies
- Large employers
- Safety-sensitive occupations
- Healthcare providers and community groups
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to increase direct consumer lead generation through partnerships.
- Regularly monitor, track, and report on lead generation performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of partnerships, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices related to partnerships and lead generation in health benefits, corporate sectors, and safety-sensitive occupations.
- Ability to travel for partnership meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- Minimum of 7-10 years in partnership development, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record in establishing and managing national partnerships.
- Bilingualism (French) is an asset.
- Background in healthcare business development is an asset.
- Strong understanding of how patients and physicians navigate the healthcare system, particularly as it relates to respiratory therapy, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Superior networking skills, with a proactive approach to meeting defined KPIs.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.

Relevant du Vice-Président, Développement des Affaires, le Directeur(trice) des Partenariats sera responsable de la création, de la gestion et de l’entretien des partenariats nationaux avec des groupes corporatifs dans divers secteurs afin de générer des pistes directes pour les consommateurs. L’objectif principal sera de développer des alliances stratégiques qui favorisent l’engagement des consommateurs par le biais de partenariats dans les domaines des avantages de santé complémentaires, des grands employeurs, des professions à sensibilité élevée à la sécurité, des fournisseurs de soins de santé et des groupes communautaires.
