The **Director, Solutions & Partnerships** is integral to the success of the **Pension Solutions** team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.

Reporting to the Vice President, Solutions & Partnerships, the Director, Solutions & Partnerships will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships and shaping business development media strategies that will drive CAAT’s business growth. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence, expanding our reach, and driving business growth through developing and maintaining a robust partnership program and effective growth focused media campaigns. You will lead a team of managers who have responsibility over marketing pension solutions, as well as research and data management of growth opportunities.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (7 - 10 years) in marketing, media management, partnerships, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of media trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- People Leadership experience and ability to foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies.
- Management and negotiation of partnership agreements to ensure clear expectations and deliverables are identified and maintained.
- Proficiency in providing strategic guidance to marketing, data, research teams to deliver sales and business development insight support to the broader Pensions Solutions team.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to develop partnership programs that drive mutual value and achieve business objectives.

**Once here you will**:

- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with CAAT’s growth goals and objectives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify CAAT’s brand and expand growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements ensuring clear expectations of deliverables and lead the development of metrics to review and evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership while providing guidance for optimized data driven partnership evaluation.
- In conjunction with the Vice President, Solutions & Partnerships, and internal stakeholders, the Director Solutions & Partnerships will develop a comprehensive growth focused media strategies that align with organizational growth goals and target audiences while also maintaining positive relationships with national media providers.
- Lead and provide strategic guidance to marketing, data, and research teams to deliver growth focused insights and support to the broader Pensions Solutions team.
- Collaborate with other internal CAAT teams with respect to media needs including appointment notices, corporate-related news releases, earned media and media interviews and work with the marketing team to integrate media efforts into larger marketing strategies.
- Develop metrics to evaluate campaign performance while offering actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Additionally, identify emerging media trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and ensure innovative approaches to support the growth strategy.
