**JOB BRIEF**

**MAJOR DUTIES**

The Incumbent for this position will be responsible for the following:

- Help maintain and manage various databases including our customer relations management software and LMS.
- Coordinating various meetings including online meetings, conference calls, Zoom and associated technologies and online booking systems.
- Devising service quotes, invoices, contracts, licensing agreement and basic accounts receivable and payable duties.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Acrobat, GoogleDrive and be able to utilize various internet search engines.
- Assist with business development and the achievement of CTI’s Strategic Plan by generating new training leads through proactive marketing and solicitation.
- Work alongside the Business Development Specialist to nurture strong client relationships and organic growth opportunities.
- Support in training evaluations and audits for quality assurance utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Support in the review and revision of course materials including research, formatting manuals, and updating graphics.
- Provide revenue projections and analysis on training activity on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct customer follow-ups post training to collect feedback, testimonials and assess the impacts of our training and consulting services.
- Support in the coordination of training consultant’s agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in office administration or related areas
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and organizational development
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within a non-profit organization is considered an asset
- Excellent selling, communication and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of customer service as well as training/workshop design, implementation and evaluation.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, sounds judgement, demonstrated professionalism and a proven ability to develop rapport with multiple stakeholder groups

The Training Administrative Coordinator will work collaboratively with team members and will be under the direct supervision of the Manager of Operations and Executive Director.

Although the majority of the work will take place between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, some evenings and/or weekend work may be required. Salary Range: $48,000- $52,000 based on experience. A valid Ontario driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for local travel is preferred.

This is a contract position. Contract end date April 26th 2024.
