**Job Title**: HR Training Facilitator

**Location**: North Bay, Ontario

**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to facilitate a three-day human resources training program for non-HR managers in North Bay, Ontario. This program aims to equip non-HR managers with essential HR knowledge and skills to effectively manage their teams and handle HR-related tasks within their departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a comprehensive three-day HR training program tailored to the needs of non-HR managers.
- Cover a wide range of HR topics including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods such as case studies, group discussions, role-plays, and presentations to engage participants and facilitate learning.
- Address participants' questions, concerns, and specific challenges related to HR management in their respective roles and industries.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants feel comfortable sharing experiences, seeking feedback, and collaborating with their peers.
- Evaluate participants' progress and learning outcomes through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Continuously update and improve the training curriculum based on feedback, industry trends, and emerging HR practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably with a focus on training and development.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations applicable in Ontario, Canada.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional facilitation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of participants and foster collaborative learning environments.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of participants.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of HR.
