**Import and Administrative Coordinator**

**What are we looking for?**

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Import and Administrative Coordinator, will be a key member of the iWEAR Team. If you are passionate about fulfilling our consumers’ needs, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

**What will you be doing?**
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders to factories / suppliers, coordinating overseas loading and transport of goods and deliveries to the warehouse / 3PL, or arranging co-packing with another warehouse and secure timely production dates
- Arranging /coordination of shipments to ensure the most cost-efficient method of transportation is being used that meets timelines and that all the necessary required documentation is accurately completed and follow up is conducted accordingly
- Confirm shipping dates with factory and arrange vessel sailing dates with forwarders and ensure shipments meet timelines
- Oversee the ordering of packaging and co-packing materials for all products
- File, maintain and update all necessary correspondence and documentation including the receipt of the Bill of Lading from agents overseas.
- Input product information and Purchase Orders into the ERP system
- Communicate with 3rd party auditing companies to arrange and manage social / factory audits as per customer requirements. This will include following up in a timely manner and updating required documentation.
- Participate in weekly logistics meetings

**What qualifications and skills do you need?**

We are looking for someone with the following skills who is hands on and can roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to create and analyze Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, requiring high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are a must as the role requires constant interaction with factory suppliers, transportation, and key customer contacts, as well as with other team members internally
- Must be fluent in English. Mandarin is a definite asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to change
