Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate vendor management activities
- Assist with QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
