Position: Construction Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively communicate with clients to remind and follow up on payment schedules.
- Efficiently handle paperwork, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
- Manage and process change orders, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize construction office software and tools for seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction office administration is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction office management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.

**Location**:
This position offers flexibility, allowing work to be done either from home or our office in Toronto.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay package commensurate with experience and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
