About This Role

Tap'N'Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, including delegating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, including writing reports, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems in a timely and effective manner, including coordinating with other teams and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
