Administrative Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient workflow. This is a crucial role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Duties**:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate
- Oversee payroll administration
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
