**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and oversee daily office tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Assist HR with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Track office expenses and manage inventory, ensuring supplies stay within budget.
- Collect data and prepare simple reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate office services, including cleaning, equipment maintenance, and security.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and employee records while ensuring privacy and legal compliance.
- Support HR in enforcing policies related to employee data and office compliance.
- Supervise and guide junior administrative staff to meet deadlines and perform duties effectively.
- Provide support for patients who speak Telugu to communicate with the pharmacy and the physicians.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly in HR or project management, is an asset.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred due to client and physician demographics.
- Preferred experience in pharmacy and healthcare settings.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Salary: $22.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Prescription discount, all allowable labor benefits.
