Bookkeeper/office Administrator

**Duties**:
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping (including AP and AR data entry) using QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Detailed and accurate job costing and maintain subcontractor files
- Responsible for all government filing including HST, Source deductions, and WSIB.
- Full cycle payroll processing using ADP including issue ROE and T4 slips.
- Review and prepare monthly reports as requested
- Create estimates and coordinate scheduling using Buildertrend
- Construction Project Management: sourcing, scheduling, budgeting
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- 1-2 years experience in the construction industry
- Ability to maintain efficient filing system for financial document
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and MS Office Suite
- Experience in all areas of cycle accounting trial balance sheets, reconciliation, and financial returns.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
