**Job duties**:

- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishments
- First point of contact
- Handles over all company operations such as in and out supply, deliveries, customer relations and billing.
- Perform accounting functions such as journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cheque preparation and reporting.

**Terms of employment**: Part time

**Location of work**:Scarborough, Ontario.

**Required education**: Secondary School Certificate or the equivalent is required.

**Required work experience**:

- Knowledgeable in quick books, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R
- Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and other relevant office-related programs.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Capable of negotiating with and influencing others.
- Analytically and mathematically minded.
- Skilled at analyzing data and creating relevant and necessary reports.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
