We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong background in bookkeeping to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the accuracy of our financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Process customer invoices from quotes provided.

Process credit card payments.

Follow up on outstanding receivables.

Process vendor payments.
Monitor office budgets and report discrepancies.
:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Proven experience as an office administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Hands-on experience with bookkeeping software, specifically QuickBooks Online.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Bookkeeping are a plus.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
