**Who We Are**:
HNA Distribution is a growing company that distributes food products to grocery stores and restaurants across Canada, with a focus on Middle Eastern and Mediterranean markets. In business for over 5 years, we also offer our own private label products.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator who can manage administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. **QuickBooks proficiency is required** and will be tested in the interview. Training for other tasks will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle invoicing, payments, and customer outreach
- Record transactions in QuickBooks and banking systems
- Collaborate with the bookkeeper to reconcile accounts
- Perform general office admin tasks

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in office management, administration, or billing
- Strong QuickBooks skills (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Available 5 days a week, starting at 8 AM

**Location**: SCARBOROUGH NEAR 404 and KENNEDY

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
