Office Administrator

The Office Administrator position is on a part-time basis from Tuesday to Thursday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Assisting with general bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Track and maintain stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception, kitchen, boardroom, office equipment and appliances.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing assistant duties when needed for the Owner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage the external interdepartmental job postings
- Assist with marketing and social media accounts.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
