Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique à l'Unique assurance générales et Unica Insurance. Dans ce rôle, l'adjoint(e) de direction assure un soutien technique dans l’exécution des travaux à caractère administratif.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes
- Apporter un support direct à votre supérieur immédiat:

- Tenir à jour l’agenda et prise en charge de certains courriels.
- Effectuer les réservations auprès des transporteurs et des établissements hôteliers.
- Préparer les notes de frais, les bons de commande, les paiements de factures à des fournisseurs
- Préparer les lettres, les notes de service, les rapports et autres documents et assurer la correction ou traduction de documents, lorsque requis.
- Assurer un soutien technique et administratif à la préparation et l’exécution des réunions de la vice-présidence et des comités de gestion de L’Unique et d’Unica:

- Planifier le calendrier des réunions des comités de gestion, proposer l’ordre du jour, assister aux réunions des comités de gestion et dresser les comptes rendus.
- Assurer une coordination des sujets à aborder lors des réunions auprès des participants ainsi que coordonner la production des différents rapports pour les différents comités.
- Coordonner la réception des invitations des différents comités auxquels le chef de l’exploitation participe à l’interne et à l’externe pour s’assurer de sa disponibilité (comité d’industrie, conseils d’administration, congrès, conférences, etc.).
- Participer à la préparation du budget en effectuant les recherches nécessaires afin de permettre à son supérieur d’assurer le contrôle de dépenses.
- Manipuler des documents et des dossiers à caractères confidentiels, de la correspondance avec les autorités telles que l’AMF dont il faut effectuer des dépôts trimestriels et autres.
- Apporter un soutien administratif aux vice-présidents régionaux de L’Unique et d’Unica. Assurer le soutien logistique aux différents événements corporatifs initiés par le comité de gestion (rencontre d’employés, rencontres de planification trimestrielles, etc.)

Vos talents et qualifications
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en technique bureautique
- Minimum de 6 à 10 années d’expérience comme adjoint(e) administratif(ve) dont minimum de trois (3) années à titre d'adjoint(e) de direction.
- Maîtriser la suite Office, Word, Excel et Power Point.
- Maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
