**Job Description**:
**WHAT’S THE JOB?**
The** Office Administration**, reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in human resources, payroll, and other administrative duties. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the food service operations team.

**Your work will include**:

- Support the Human Resources function for a team of 200+ employees.
- Payroll - Preparing and Filing. (working with ADP system)
- Controlling Correspondences - such as receiving, purchasing, invoices, billing to head office
- billing accuracies, etc.
- Direct and oversee the processing of all invoices and payments in adherence with company policies and procedures followed by Dana (Dexterra)
- Maintaining the Audit policies and procedures of the safety vault/Deposit Safe.
- Approving Supply requisitions and monitoring clerical functions.
- Direct and oversee the processing of all invoices and payments in adherence with company policies and procedures.
- Direct and oversee the timely and accurate billing of customers/vendor across multiple lines of business and revenue streams to a variety of customers

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A minimum of three-five years of related HR, billing and accounts payable experience.
- Bookkeeping skills and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Microsoft experience is preferred.
- Experience with procurement, supply chain and workflow considered valuable.
- Experience with document imaging and e-invoicing systems considered valuable
