Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for building relationships and driving business growth? As a key player in our sales and business development efforts, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and sales expertise. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

This individual will:

- gather, record and understand client needs and requirements
- manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups
- maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers
- research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our services
- maintain an in-depth understanding of our company services and how they address client needs
- stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition
- create compelling and customized proposals for potential clients

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical/Electrical: 3 years (required)
