We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Hubstaff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to create strategic communication plans and identify potential new clients
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including prospecting and qualifying new leads
- Proactively schedule calls with potential clients via phone and email
- Research and maintain a lead generation database to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide accurate and timely information to management to inform sales strategies
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software, with Salesforce experience a plus
- Strong project and time management skills
