Key Responsibilities:
- External Engagement: Work closely with Clariem's leadership to develop a custom business development approach, messaging, and materials for identified leads and clients. Manage logistics and day-to-day communication for all external engagement and leverage subject matter experts at the right points in the business development process.
- Leads and Pipeline Management: Expand opportunities using sales navigator on LinkedIn and manage CRM data in HubSpot to drive effective sales processes. Serve as a critical contributor to drive pipeline management activities.
- Marketing: Serve as the primary owner of Clariem's online presence, centered on the website/blog, and LinkedIn and email newsletters. Harness market and competitor intelligence and track the latest trends while promoting Clariem content.
Qualifications:
- High-quality experience in business consulting operations, with a focus on external facing activities, such as marketing and/or business development.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn - Sales Navigator and HubSpot is an asset.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Efficient in using business tools like SharePoint, WordPress, and HubSpot.
- Good writing skills and strong writing and editing abilities.
