We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Clariem. As a key member of our core team, you will play a critical role in building our external facing capabilities and driving the next phase of our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a custom business development approach, messaging, and materials for identified leads and clients.
  • Manage the logistics and day-to-day communication for all external engagement, leveraging subject matter experts at key points in the business development process.
  • Expand opportunities using sales navigator on LinkedIn and manage CRM data in HubSpot to drive effective sales processes.

Marketing:

  • Serve as the primary owner of our online presence, centered on our website, blog, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
  • Develop and implement a content plan, manage the content development process, and publish content online and via email newsletters.
  • Track market and competitor intelligence and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
Qualifications
  • High-quality experience in business consulting operations, with a focus on external facing activities, such as marketing and/or business development.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot is an asset.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in using business tools like SharePoint, WordPress, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong behavioral skills, including self-starter mentality, responsiveness, and self-organization.
