Greentec is looking for an **Administrative Assistant **with a keen eye for detail and strength in organizing people and things to support our team administratively. Bilingual in French is an Asset

Reporting directly to the President, the Administrative Assistant role is to serve as the executive’s “right-hand person” who enables us to advance company initiatives and goals. To filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

This person will be responsible to provide administrative support in the organization, prioritization and delegation of the Presidents calendar and day-to-day responsibilities. As the “go-to person” for internal and external activities involving the President role in supporting sales and marketing functions.

Assisting with special projects, documents and presentation preparation, schedule and organize meetings, take meeting minutes, book travel and many other important tasks on a day-to-day basis all with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality - will be well suited for the individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Participate in the planning of company events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English & French
- Time-management skills & pay attention to detail
- Has post-secondary education
- Experience as an Admin or Executive Assistant
- Savvy with social media - Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
