As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing efficient administrative support to the company's management and sales team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, and coordinating administrative activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the right people and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer telephone calls, screen requests and forward messages to appropriate team members.
- Assist management team with document preparation, diary management, and meeting coordination.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to sales activities, including document preparation, customer file management, and shipment coordination.
- Collaborate with various company departments to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination of operations.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized work environment by managing office supplies and participating in the coordination of common areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer focus and ability to handle requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sense of confidentiality and organization.
- Team spirit and ability to work closely with various departments.
