Sales Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for a **Sales Administrative Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team of talented and driven professionals.
If you have automotive **customer service **experience and take pride in ensuring customers walk away with the best possible experience, this role is for you.
**Blurb about position**:The main focus of the Sales Administrative Assistant is to maximize profit on all dealer trades by ensuring that all appropriate charges are included in the sale price. The Sales Administrative Assistant assists the sales managers to ensure the profitability and efficiency of the sales department.
The position is responsible for vehicle inventory management, vehicle keys, vehicle licensing, as well as maintaining various sales related spreadsheets.
**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday

**Requirements**:
- 1-2 year administrative experience is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid background check
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration is an asset
- Automotive experience in a similar role is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Cashier experience is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
