Outbound/inbound Sales Representative

We are a small, friendly team of +25 people that is eager to learn and grow Pricepoint into a world-class organization. Our goal has never been to pretend that we’re a corporation, but we are a bit old-school because we believe that great things, the same as great friendships, can only be born in person. For this reason, we invite all team members not only to work side by side with us in our small, not modern, and not flashy (not a garage) office but also to contribute and help us create our company culture. “Trust” is the foundation of what we want to build with our clients and our colleagues. **What Will You Be Doing**:
- You will be responsible for generating net new business.
- Your key objective will be to bring from 4 - 8 new customers per month.
- You will be responsible for the complete customer journey from the first outbound contact, through online demo, monitoring customer's account during a free trial, negotiating and closing the deal.
- You will be cold calling and talking to potential customers (prospects).
- You will be combining and segmenting lists of prospects and prioritizing which ones to contact.
- You will be scheduling and performing presentations or encourage prospects to sign up for our demo.
- You will be working closely with potential customers to make sure they understand how our system solves their problems and helps their organizations.
- You may travel abroad to participate in trade shows.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- You must have minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Representative/Account Executive
- You must enjoy talking to people
- You must be organized and goal-oriented
- You must be comfortable speaking on the phone in English
- You must be relentless
- You must be driven to make sales
- You must be a hunter who can push through rejection and close the deal
- You must speak perfectly fluent English
- You must have a laptop
**Salary & Benefits**
- You will work in a small office with 4-8 other people. This means a friendly, unofficial atmosphere and the ability to exert a real impact on what’s happening around you
- Hybrid mode: a combination of in-office work (3 days per week) and remote work

Ce que vous allez faire:
- Vous serez responsable de générer de nouveaux clients nets.
- Votre objectif principal sera de ramener de 4 à 8 nouveaux clients par mois.
- Vous serez responsable du parcours complet du client, depuis le premier contact sortant, en passant par la démonstration en ligne, le suivi du compte du client pendant un essai gratuit, la négociation et la conclusion de l'accord.
