Are you up for the challenge?
**A typical day**
- Aim to understand the needs and goals of each prospect and facilitate a sales-driven call with the account team
- Leverage sales tools, including Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo, to execute your inbound strategy and tasks
- Educate and qualify prospective leads, helping to book meetings, calls, and demos of the Rise People platform.
- Effectively educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales team members, and other relevant stakeholders to develop new outreach strategies and ways to engage leads.
- Maintain active engagement with leads using creative follow-up communication methodologies and ensure 100% satisfaction with all leads
**Experience and qualifications**
**Who you are**
- A self-starter who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize results
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Excellent written skills with attention to grammar and tone
- A deep sense of empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to integrity
- Live and eligible to work in Canada, preferably in the Vancouver area
- Proficiency and competency working out of a CRM, such as Salesforce
- Highly organized
**Preferred**
- Experience in a professional setting, preferably in a startup/SaaS/technology company
- Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
- Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Canadian French is a bonus

- This position offers $45-55k in base salary, based on experience, and $75k-$85k in on-target earnings (OTE).
