**Company Overview**: We are a leading US provider of physician-supervised medical weight loss, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized programs and support. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and results-driven solutions to our clients across the United States.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to potential clients, providing information about our physician-supervised weight loss programs and services.
- Listen attentively to clients' needs and concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer Experience to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 yrs of experience in sales
- You are a good listener and analytical thinker who can detect problems and solve them
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating sales conversations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Responsabilités**:
Effectuer des appels de vente entrants et sortants auprès de clients potentiels, en fournissant des informations sur nos programmes et services de perte de poids supervisés par des médecins.
Écouter attentivement les besoins et préoccupations des clients, et recommander des solutions adaptées à leurs objectifs.
Collaborer avec le Directeur de l'Expérience Client pour atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et d'équipe.
Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels grâce à une communication efficace et des stratégies de suivi.
Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des activités des concurrents et des développements du marché.

**Exigences**:
Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente.
Vous êtes un bon auditeur et un penseur analytique capable de détecter les problèmes et de les résoudre.
Excellentes compétences en communication, à la fois verbales et écrites.
À l'aise avec les appels à froid et l'initiation de conversations de vente.
Orienté(e) résultats et motivé(e) par l'autonomie.
Expérience dans le secteur de la santé préférée, mais non obligatoire.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Flexibilité pour s'adapter aux priorités et aux délais changeants.
