**ABOUT US**: We are an established industry leader in a sports related business looking to hire top salespeople and account managers in an English speaking Call-Center environment, handling inbound, outbound and chat.
**ABOUT THE JOB**:There is four focus points for the job. Depending on your skill set and abilities, you will be tasked with:
- Account management - You will provide dedicated, personalized service to our best customers
- Inbound sales and customer service - be the first point of contact for customers looking for service
- Outbound phone sales - Contacting existing customers who have not used our products recently and regain their business (warm leads only) or do pro-active follow-ups with your account data base.
- Online Chat - Those with sufficient proficiency may have opportunity for our chat team
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: We are looking for relationship builders If you are enthusiastic and confident sounding English speaker, you may be the right fit to engage our customers and become their account manager. While no sales experience is necessary, you need to be motivated to produce results and we will teach you what you need to know and provide support with on going sales training.
For those with experience in sales, client retention and account management already, you are already natural fit and its just a matter of getting familiar with our products.
Depending on your skillset, strengths and interests, we will task you initially with the inbound, outbound or chat team to start, though the best account managers use all three avenues to engage customers.
Can you keep a customer coming back through a combination of pro-active service, professionalism, rapport and personality? Those with ability to build relationships to keep customers coming back for repeat business will be most successful and there is significant commission opportunities

**Commissions** $500 USD-$1000++ USD low season (March-July)
$1500 USD ++ high season (August
- February)
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- GOOD CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH
- Must be able to work weekends. Full time only, 40 hours+ per week
- 48 hours during busy weeks WE WANT PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational ability and work under pressure during busy times
- Willing to learn and work ethic to meet quotas and goals
- Considered a positive but not necessary: Working knowledge of crypto currencies, sports knowledge
**Other**:
- Base daily salary AND monthly commissions
- Low season (March-July) $500-$1000 High season $1500-$2000 (August
- February)
- Monthly bonuses

This is a performance based job in a merit based environment and there is a clear and transparent path to increasing your month to month earnings.
