**About Us**:
Conval Process Solutions Inc. is a trusted distributor of valves and instrumentation, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support representative to join our team and support our growth.

As an Inside Sales and Customer Support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilizing process automation experience to recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication

**Requirements**:

- Experience in inside sales and customer support
- Knowledge of process automation, particularly in valves and instrumentation, is desired
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in order entry and CRM systems
- SALARY WILL BE COMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
