**What You’ll Do**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers in building the right talent pipeline that’s right for their team and the business.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Provide technical recruitment support and guidance to our Retail Partners
- Oversee Secondee talent movement processes with Global Mobility in collaboration with the HR team and the department leaders.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Essential**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in using advanced sourcing tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and talent mapping.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and experience in enhancing the company’s presence on social media and job boards.
- Knowledge of data analytics and experience in using recruitment metrics to drive improvements in the hiring process.
- Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to rapidly changing hiring needs.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing recruitment projects or initiatives.
