Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a talent acquisition specialist. As a talent acquisition specialist, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that we attract and select top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including ATS management, recruiting, interviewing, and HRIS administration. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or ADP
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruiting or HR role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with IG and Linken
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
