**Position Summary**Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional full time receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Lodge. The receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive impression for visitors and residents while supporting the daily operations of the home.
- **Education and Experience**_
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) social media accounts and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience in accounting
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with seniors and their families.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Responsible for front line service for the business office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, scheduling tours and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our facility and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records, including resident files.
- Monitor visitor sign-in/out processes to ensure safety and security.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth communication and support.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $47,60.00 to $56,068.29 per year
