Real Estate Administrative Assistant

One of our real estate agents at **RE/MAX** is looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to help with their everyday tasks and responsibilities. Our office is located in Scarborough.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Assist with the management of daily operational activities
- Searching for properties on MLS, familiarity with real estate paperwork (ie. Purchase and Sale Agreements, Fintrac forms) is a plus.
- Manage MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, amendments), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay.
- Booking appointments and tracking confirmations - following up where required
- Co-ordinating listing property set-up and preparation, such as booking / coordinating / scheduling photographers
- Maintain accurate client files, records and project status
- Organize the realtor's daily schedule
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage documents, tracking and scheduling, preparing client presentations.
- Assist with file management, scanning, photocopying, organizing, and distributing materials
- Managing social media advertising and website. (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok)
**Job Requirements**:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
- Strong communication, listening, and executing skills - both verbal and written (in person, and on phone)
- Strong management and reporting skills
- Highly organized in recordkeeping
- Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
- Ability to follow instructions and set procedures; attention to detail and problem solving skills
- **Strongly Preferred**:_
- Experience with administrative responsibilities of real estate agencies
- The ability to understand Cantonese
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
