**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
System Management - Organizing deal files, relevant documents, contracts and maintaining detailed records of such

Deal Coordination - Coordinate files from start through to close, manage critical data deadlines, audit documents and files for completion, report status changes

Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings

Assist in the preparation of listings, marketing materials, listing processes/ checklists

Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.

Coordinate birthday and event gifts include drop offs and write respective cards

Use CRM software to set reminders for client interactions and important dates.

Post Ads, where and as needed.

Prepare and write offers as needed.

**Skills/ Qualifications**:
Minimum of two years of administrative experience

Driver’s license and car required

Highly skilled and organized

Motivated and proactive

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to deadlines

Values a high level of integrity, transparency, and honesty

Confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Products, CRM Systems

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
