Real Estate Listing Coordinator

The Carol Foderick Real Estate Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our fast paced team. As a Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all listing related tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete listing paperwork using WebForms, Docusign and TRREB
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms including MLS, and Viewit.ca
- Manage paperwork and ensure that all documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule home inspections, staging, photography, cleaning and everything related to the listing
- Act as a liaison between sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the listing process
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WebForms, MLS, TRREB and other common office software
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and legal documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
