Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders for real estate agents
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings
- Conduct market research and assist with property research
- Maintain client databases and update contact information as needed
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Coordinate with other professionals involved in real estate transactions, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Experience in a medical office or other computerized environment is beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
