About the Role

This Executive Assistant Rooms Operations Director position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage day-to-day activities in Rooms Operations, overseeing related areas such as Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. The successful candidate will direct employees to execute guest arrival and departure procedures while maintaining the property's cleanliness standards.

  • Direct and support employees in Rooms Operations, ensuring effective execution of guest service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operating budget goals and contribute to departmental financial objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

This Executive Assistant Rooms Operations Director position comes with a salary range of $57,000 to $71,000 annually.
